Cancellation
Cancellation fees will be charged at 50% of the total price. Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival.In the low and mid season free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. You will receive the form by post, by e-mail confirmation or online booking form.
No refunding for arrangement services not claimed.
Bases of calculation
We can’t tell any apartment number when booking a up to 6 overnight stays. When booking a week arrangement , overlapping season times and rates will be calculated for the corresponding days.
The surcharge for single occupation is charged also when accompanied by a child.
14=13 : when season times are overlapping , the less expensive overnight stay won’t be charged.
No refunding for arrangement services not claimed.
Children
Childrens’ rates depend from their age the day of arrival.
They are valid only together with at least one adult in the same apartment.
When booking an extra apartment for children the eldest child is charged as an adult.
Visitor’s tax
The visitor’s tax is always charged separately (in addition to the room rate) according to the local tariff. From 80% degree of handicap no tax when presenting your disabled ID.
General business conditions and validity
All rates including legal VAT and service. The current price list replaces all previous prices and rates. The general business conditions are valid in the current version, available under www.die-gams.de. Eventual rate changes can’t be excluded.
