Culinary highlights are stressed out in the hotel resort DIE GAMS. Our chef provide real gastronomy pleasures, which are well known until far away from the borders of Bad Hindelang.
Evening menu or buffet
Together with his team the chef is re-inventing the culinary of the hotel every day – doesn’t matter , whether he prepares specialities of the region or creative theme buffets. Within the menu you may choose between 3 different main dishes consisting of meat or fish specialities, specialities of the region, pasta or vegetarian dishes.
The evening menu looks like this:
- Starter or soup
- Three main dishes for choice
- Dessert
- Salad buffet with many different salads of the season
- Large choice of cheese
Special menus
For children there is a special children’s menu with two dishes for choice. In summer a children’s buffet is offered as well. Children may also order dishes for adults in a smaller version as well as adults can get the children’s dishes as a larger portion. Our guests make their choice for the menu the evening before.
